Ian has been the Senior Pastor at Dubbo Baptist Church since 2011. He is married to Jill and they have three adult children and a growing collection of grandchildren.

Mitchell is new to Dubbo Baptist Church commencing as our Children & Youth Pastor in February 2022. We welcome Mitchell, his wife Penny and their 3 children.
