SAFE CHURCH POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Here at DBC we are committed to providing a safe place for people to come together to love God and love each other. We have adopted the ‘Safe Church Policy’ to help us live out our biblical mandate to ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and love your neighbour as yourself.’ (Mark 12:30-31)

Dubbo Baptist Church (DBC) is committed to providing places, services & programs that promote physical, emotional and spiritual health and safety and model the love of Christ to all whom we have contact with, particularly children, young people and vulnerable adults.

As part of this commitment, DBC has introduced a number of policies and procedures to ensure that we have a safe church environment.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN

At Dubbo Baptist we want all children to experience a safe environment. Therefore all staff and volunteers who work with children at Dubbo Baptist are required to have a Working with Children Check.
